Safety

Safety guides how we plan, communicate, and complete every project.

Our team follows a company-wide safety program designed to protect employees, customers, trade partners, and everyone working around the job site. This commitment is reflected in OSHA recordable case rates and an Experience Modification Rate that remain below industry standards.

Training

Employees receive ongoing training based on their responsibilities, including

  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30
  • NFPA 70E electrical safety
  • CPR
  • First aid
  • AED response
  • Specialty equipment operation
  • Confined-space procedures
  • Rescue training

Audits and Oversight

Together with our insurance, in-house safety team, and third-party professionals, we conduct regular job-site audits and identify potential risks before they lead to incidents.

Resources in the Field

Safety resources travel with our crews. QR codes placed on employee hard hats provide immediate access to safety documents and the company safety manual, helping workers find important information wherever the job takes them.

A Culture of Improvement

Our participation in construction safety partnerships and industry risk-management programs keeps us accountable and focused on continuous improvement. The result is a safety culture that is active, visible, and present on every project—from the first planning meeting through final completion.
